Removed link for pretrained model #22

Hi,

I am trying to download the pertained model for image captioning. But the download link has been removed. Could you please update the download link?

Hi @zhuang93 – you are right. My university is undergoing a Dropbox migration so I took down the download link. I will fix them by end of this week, sorry for the delay!
