implement a module that will play when the player is hanging from the ledge

Concept

"hey i need help, it seems i'm not get up"
"hey guys, please, i need help now"
"argh, i cannot hold out much longer, i'm gonna fall"

Thank you for linking the add on. I will look into it however it may not make it into PVox V9. Thanks for the suggestions, you've been a help when it comes to edge cases and quality of life features :-)
