add support for ActMod #2

hey kdgonz7, will you make a support for Ahmedmake400's ActMod addon ?

it gives a player callout when doing dances/emotes/gestures (similar to Team Fortress 2), the name of the pvox module will be "act"

you can optionally do the emote specific module via the file name (like f_confused, f_heelclick, f_koreaneagle, f_ridethepony, amod_fortnite_dance_distraction, amod_fortnite_aloha, amod_fortnite_griddle, amod_fortniteeerie, etc), the name of the pvox module will be "act[EMOTE FILE NAME] (example: act_f_confused)"

I will definitely leave that on my radar. I'll check it out as soon as possible. All I need is to reverse engineer an add on to understand how it works and then implement PVOX into it. :-)
