Github CI broken due to Workflow deprecation #601

Describe the bug

Due to the deprecation of Artifact Upload v1 and v2 on 30.06.2024 our Github CI is at the moment broken. For an example failure see: https://github.com/kdheepak/taskwarrior-tui/actions/runs/11669400964/job/32491272376

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a PR targetting taskwarrior-tui
  2. Wait for Github CI to run
