New pugin for temperatur sensors or sensors to show recieved values in homeee #13

Is there a possibility to include a temperature sensor plugin which can recieve values from an external dvice via api, with a variable refresh interval? Or also a plugin which can handle values and free definable Units, such as °C or kg or ppm?
