provide homeeup as a more generic node module #6

Hi, great work! It would be really great if the CCU emulation part of this would be available as a node library. This way for example one could easily create a node red plugin or something similar.

A node red plugin would also "solve" #1 as it could be used as a UI for defining the devices.
