New design. Got rid of ugly footer. In the new footer centered Nikole's transparent logo. Also, implemented the new design agreed upon by the group. Where the restaurants were removed from the front page. Instead there are two buttons. Implemented a display for users in line on the restaurant. A gif of the new design can be show in issue #23. Also, I added in some animations to the restaurant page.
