Allow writing statistics and population hashes etc during a normal kWIP run #14

We should allow on-the-fly calculation of statistics (al la kwip-stats/entvec) during a normal kWIP run. We should also let users output the entropy vector, population hash or population frequency table during the run. This would save time and remove the need for an extra command.
