Redo 2D PCA visualization but using 1) mean-subtracted data PCA and 2) standardized data PCA #13

I forget if the original code from the spring is here, but just remake the graph from back then (eg a 2D plot of PCA results) using the mean-subtracted dataset. Can also try with the standardized dataset too, if it is quick (I assume it will be similar but perhaps not)
