Eg either 1) phase out the combined EMG+IMU and just focus on EMG or 2) correct the EMG+IMU with the standard scaler scheme so they are actually on the same scale... right now I believe they are not...

Completed both of these.

Old dataset (wrong preprocessing) is in the wrong_saved_datasets dir
