Issue 8 - Explored running Hector in constraint mode #14

I ran Hector in constraint mode, following the guidelines in Issue 8 and detailing my code and results in an R markdown file. This PR also includes the directory from the .zip file included in Issue 8, which is necessary for running the R markdown file.

These plots indicate that changing beta and Q10 did not affect the results of the constrained runs. This makes sense because, during a constrained run, Hector overwrites CO2 data from the carbon cycle with the prescribed data, making any carbon cycle parameters irrelevant.

This was exactly the point of this exercise!
