@jianqiuz So putting #7 on pause for now. And instead we decided to checkout what happens when to the DOM to BM flux is changed from MM to R-MM.
Even without testing at various ratios of BM/DOM it looks like switching to the R-MM dynamics changes the end behavior of MEND. Then when I alter the initial size of of the DOM pool while keeping biomass constant.
I need some time to think about these results. I am not quite sure what story they are telling. And I think I would like to do the same test varying the biomass pool but wanted to share these results with you.
