weasel spawn probability should depend on number of installed transformers (big fat wall will not stand for long)
adjust hit points (with random value?) such that weasel can (now and then) survive a collision with an already hit transformer
random chain reaction (exploding transformer kills close-by transformer, too). creates an incentive not to fill the entire area with transformers. probability could scale with money.

Detector (maybe also transformers) could slowly recover health for balance

Transformers could have a limited number of targetable enemies i.e. always attack the closest

Weasels spawn faster and with higher speed over time.
