Add a mechanism, so the user can limit a strategy-step to only produce a 
selected part (feature) of the geometry.

Segments of only linear axis done.
TODO: rotational axis
TODO: limiting only to axes that are actually used in the current strategy

Rotation axis works too.
Limiting to only the actually parametized axes works too.
