What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the program, open an STL file
2. Click cancel on both 'add tool' dialogs
3. Click 'add...' on the Tool tab of either step
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Clicking 'add...' should always open the 'add tool' dialog, regardless of
whether a tool already exists or not
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.9beta, win7 64-bit
Please provide any additional information below.
