Manifest version 2 is deprecated #38

When I load the extension, I get the following warning: Manifest version 2 is deprecated, and support will be removed in 2023. See https://developer.chrome.com/blog/mv2-transition/ for more details.

Open the manifest.json file and create the manifest_ Change version to 3

Then still not working, like not allowedto be enabled.
