Is it possible to rebuild electricty powerline pylons after they are destroyed by lightning?

Bonus round: If user has Natural Disasters DLC, an option to send disaster recovery or fire service first so it looks like a crew has gone to make the area safe. Would be super cool seeing helicopters flying out to damaged pylons.

I think that is very unlikely since I guess they are completely destroyed by lightning? Or is there still a instance (model) left?

Still an instance model with 'collapsed' flag IIRC. You can still select the "building" (power line pillar) in game.
