Hello I would like to be able to customize columns in the Pulse for Mac app to include specific header values. Would also be nice to include that in the list view similar to the iOS version done in #196.
Motivation
The motivation comes from Apollo iOS SDK that includes special headers for operation names that provide a really nice glanceable look at what the operation is since the actual URL is the same for all operations.
