Description

Added APIs for adding and removing classes to schedules
Added API endpoint for filtering public schedules
Added .Includes to getting schedules

18 and #17

Motivation and Context

Notated endpoints are required for MVP functionality.

How Can This Be Tested?

Pull PR branch down to testing branch
Test added endpoints through Swagger after standing database
