READ/DELETE MEMBERS #15

Description

Implemented GET and DELETE API calls
Created members.js and MemberCard.js components
Tested data and messed with card height
Was able to view cards with necessary data
Tested delete. Delete worked.
Corrected sample data to allow for image rendering

Related Issue

10 - Primarily allowed for the reading and deleting of data.

This is a necessary segment of functionality outlined in the instructions.

How Can This Be Tested?

Pull PR branch
Stand webserver
Click on 'Team' link in navbar
Ensure that you're able to view all the members
Delete a member
