SEARCH BAR #23

Description

Implemented a search bar on the member's page
Took code snippets from original stretch branch that featured search bar in the navigation bar
Utilized API calls to filter through the data
Submit button still needs to be pressed but filtered array will render onto the page

Motivation and Context

This feature gives usability to the application. If an individual creates a lot of members, attempting to find a specific member may be difficult.

How Can This Be Tested?

Pull down PR branch
Load webserver
Search for a specific member
Additional feature of what renders when there is not an existing member that meets the criteria needs to be implemented at a later date
