Description

Fixed the editing/changing of state problem. Also changed routing. Once an expense is entered, the user is brought back to the main page.

This is a required piece of functionality for the site.

How Can This Be Tested?

Pull PR branch to local machine
Install needed dependencies
Find a pre-made expense
Edit any value and hit submit.
Ensure that you are brought to the main page and check the expense value.
