Description

Implemented and tested the creation of months.
Implemented a drop down for years.
Added some conditional rendering for when there aren't any expenses or categories detected.
Edited footer and modularized it so that it had its own separate component.
Changed sign-in message
Created and tested merged API call to delete all expenses related to a specific category

These implementations were necessary for both MVP and the overall quality of the application.

How Can This Be Tested?

Pull PR branch
Install needed dependencies
Click footer lengths
Look at months within 'Timeline' that don't have any expenses documented and ensure that renders properly.
