Description

The change in the new year caused some weirdness with the monthly income display and the homepage display. Changed filter parameter in both the Timeline.js page and the Index.js page, pages both responsible for obtaining a generalized Monthly income object. This ensured that the month object called met the criteria of both the correct month and year.

This is a required bug fix that impacts the functionality and QoL of the application.

How Can This Be Tested?

Pull PR branch and install needed dependencies
Ensure that the correct month and income amount appears on the home page
Ensure that the Timeline page is also correct.
