Welcome message with user's name #42

Add a welcome message with the user's name above all of the displayed information.

"Good Morning John"

The user will be able to change the name to be displayed within the settings.

This will not be implemented (at least for now), since it takes too much space.

Will begin implementing this issue in the current version: v1.4.0. Reopening the issue and moving into enhancement.
