Metadata files in .meta causes tivo to freeze before play #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use  MetaGenerator (v3) to generate metadata for episode or movie
2. Copy generated file to .meta folder in show/season folder
3. Try to watch video, freeze before any options come up to play the video

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.

Videos play fine until there is a .meta folder with metadata txt files within.

Someone else must be having this issue, I can't be the only one!
