What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fast Forward
2. Random
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Quality MP4. Jittery version. Sometimes works great. Play it again and
it is bad.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ver. 239 Vista.

Please provide any additional information below.

I am using handbrake to create MP4's for streambaby. I am using the PS3
preset of handbrake. I will play it the first time on streambaby and it
may come out looking fine. But I can then play it again and it is jittery
and bad. I can duplicate it usually through fast forward. I have tried
decomb. Higher bitrates. But eventually the video will end up going
jittery. Typically words on the screen, for example opening credits.
Backgrounds of scenes. I would be glad to supply a sample chapter of a
movie. I have several I am trying to make work. But to restate when I
first make a movie/video the video looks great on streambaby. But once I
fastforward or resume it is usually bad and I can't get it to look good
again. It always looks good on the pc. Any ideas or tips would be
great. Thanks!

I'm having the same issue. I'm using the latest version of StreamBaby (r262).
I
ripped and encoded a dvd using the latest version of Handbrake (0.9.4) with the
"High
Profile" preset selected. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can also
provide
a sample if that would be helpful.

Thanks!

I'm also using handbrake to create mp4s. They always play fine on my Macbook,
but sometimes they're very jittery when streamed to tivo via streambaby. For a
given movie, sometimes it will work fine while other times it's extremely
jittery, but it's not consistently good or bad on the first or subsequent times.
