What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Rip a DVD into one or more VOB files with .BUP and .IFO files
2. During playback, cannot use channel up/down to browse by chapter
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Thought that channel up/down would allow skipping by chapter
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
