streambaby.delete default should be false rather than true #56

On the Tivo, "delete" has consistently meant "delete from the Tivo". Given that 
not everyone who may be using streambaby will realize what "delete from server" 
means - or even that the functionality has fairly recently been added - I think 
the default should really be switched. If a person really wants the "delete 
from server" functionality, they should have to enable it in the streambaby.ini 
file. The default behavior should never be to allow an unrecoverable action.

I've had some experiences with a curious 7-year-old nephew who is very 
inquisitive and likes to "try stuff". When he comes over he loves the Tivo and 
using the remote - and almost deleted some of my files from the server 
(fortunately I was there to see where things were going, so I intervened before 
anything was deleted).
