Failed to open stream on TIVO Premier #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. on ubuntu 10.10 fresh install
2. extract streambaby fresh to folder and then bash streambaby in terminal. 
Shows up on TIVO 
3. try to play video and get "failed to open stream"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
play video like it did on windows

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am on 0.29 with ubuntu 10.10

Please provide any additional information below.
i am very green to linux. I am learning as I go so any help will be 
appreciated. Please let me know to or if I have to setup FFMPEG.

I'm having the same issue on Mac OS X.  I'm new to video and streaming, but 
familiar with Unix/Linux/OS X.  I suspect mine has something to do with the 
following that I see after executing the Streambaby script:
FFmpegJavaVideoModule: Unable to load FFmpeg native libraries

What is FFmpeg and how do I point Streambaby to this on my Mac?
