What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. running stream baby 0.29 on new install of windows homeserver 2011
2. worked fine on homeserver v3
3. mp4 files will stream fine
4. current version of Java 7.25 32 bit
5. current version of FFMPEG
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
get to the play option, then it displays "failed to open stream"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I thought it could be a codec problem so i installed every codec pack known to
man. the streambaby app works flawlessly with mp4 files.
I had streambaby working great on a homeserver v3 installation for years, then
after a system crash I have been trying to get it to work on a new install of
homeserver 2011 with mixed results.
any help would be fantastic
