tivo sees streambaby but "one moment" error #99

I was using streambaby with no issues until I formatted my hard drive on my pc 
and reinstalled wibdows and then set up streambaby again.  It shows up on my 
tivo apps, but when I try and enter it just says "one moment" for about 60 
seconds the tivo gives an error.

Any help please?

I am also experiencing this with my Romio Pro.  Streambaby worked for about a 
week prior, but then suddenly this error has occured.  I believe it is internal 
to the Romio Pro as the same streambaby program is working on my other TiVo's 
(HD XL).  Any ideas on how to fix the error in the TiVo itself?  I have tried 
hard reboot to no avail.  Don't want to do a "clear and delete everything".  
Ideas?
