[Suggestion] ResponseTime #188

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be really helpful to have a ResponseTime. Im currently using the Service to ask at a specific Time of day to run my robo-vacuum. It would be nice, to ask at which Time it should run instead, if the answer is No.

Describe the solution you'd like Same idea like ResponseDuration, but with a "TimeofDay" e.g.: 14:00

Describe alternatives you've considered I tried it with the ResponseDuration. But its not very human to say "in 4 hours" instead of a specific Time.
