[Bug]: "Audio Could not be Understood" #215

What happened?

Sunday 12/3. Its been working fine. Today 12/6 I noticed I would receive a custom action and respond "Yes" and Nothing would happen. I reboot HA and updated it. Reviewed Automations and all is well. Went to Amazon iOS App to review and test an action again.

I see an error for the response of me saying Yes as the following: "Audio could not be understood" I spoke clear, without background notice. I also see "Activity initiated by Routines. No voice data stored"

I rebuilt the skill and tried to use alexa test in the dev page, and it doesnt work. something has broke. Speaking "Alexa open Custom Actions" the name of the skill i gave it. It will open the skill and play on the speaker just fine, but wont do anything with the responses.

Rebooted the Echo Show and it started working again.
