What happened?

I have followed the steps defined in the https://github.com/keatontaylor/alexa-actions/wiki/Alexa-Talking-to-Home-Assistant-(The-Skill) and when I am trying to import the github page, I got an error says "Skill Import Failed" with message "The package is missing an interaction model for the locale you selected.". I have used Hosting Region as "US East (N. Virginia)"

When I retry the same steps, I got different message now. "There was an issue creating your skill. Skill resources were not provisioned. Please try again later."

Sorry, I have selected Language as English (IN) where the interactions models doesn't exist.
