Debug intra-module reactivity on input module #19

There are some issues with intra-module reactivity in the inputs module - likely problematic interactions between shinyjs and bslib. @keatonwilson needs to examine WIP code chunks provided by @jessicaguo and see what is going on and try and debug.

@jessicaguo I made some modifications to the input panel ui in #21 - I'll wait until we get these merged into main before starting in on this, otherwise we're going to be in merge-conflict nastiness.
