Adds ice layer (as a raster) to all maps - currently rendered as pale yellow. Needs
some tweaking to get everything looking right, but this works for now.
Also grabbed the newest transposed-correctly data from Sophie (strat and
velocity) and added these raw files. Have not re-run pre-processing on
them yet.
@jessicaguo once we get these two outstanding PRs merged, I'll work on
tackling finishing all pre-processing. We can then remove the raw data
from the repository (I'll move it to Google Drive so we have it). This
will put us in a cleaner place moving forward, and allow us to finally
start working on methods for the demo deployment on shinyapps.io
