Return to original log10 #30

Reprocess the original log10 numeric data, then implement categorization of the continuous raster stack into factors (ideally with labels, which might help with #29. Would include user inputs of min and max, and a separate raster stack of front value and radius.

Hopefully the gradient option isn't needed, as IMO it doesn't add much value.

@jessicaguo Where did this fall out? It sounds like we're not doing gradients currently?
