Finalize Custom UI Tab + any remaining input issues

Full update of inputs and associated linkages need to be reviewed based on recent updates from Sophie and the additions of all datasets.

Easy to comment out the Custom tab from stratification, and keep the coastline checkbox only. However, have to do a deeper dive into connecting the bss user inputs.

Waiting to connect to UI until #43 has been resolved - I'm a little confused at how magnitude and direction should be presented.
