This PR improves on the auto-loader functionality of the waiter R package by adding more thoughtful (both aesthetically and control-flow-wise) loading. Generally, this should improve the user experience and make the current load times more digestible.
Main modifications include:
Adding specific waiter object and show/hide functions to the map module
Adding specific waiter object and show/hide functions to the time-series module
Adding a bit of custom CSS to fix annoying issue where the waiter transparency wasn't filling the full leaflet map window
