WIP Download button #46

@keatonwilson I could use your advice on how to do this. Currently, the data wrangling is so slow that I'm not able to troubleshoot effectively.

What do you think about just combining all of the long dataset beforehand, and just having a "Download all" button somewhere, potentially not associated with the timeseries graph?

@jessicaguo Check out recent commits - I think I got it working (and added a few bells and whistles). Haven't tested thoroughly though.
