Mask/Comment Out Animation for Now #61

There hasn't been ANY conversation about animation in the meetings so far. Because of load speeds, let's mask it for now, and we can revisit the conversation if it comes up.

I was wondering about this! Agree that it doesn't really make sense to animate at this point.
