This PR removes all of the unnecessary raw data from the repo. All of these data have been moved over to the Google Drive folder for the project, should we need to re-process at some point. There was also an error where some of the file references were being stored in temporary file paths on local machines, so I re-tooled the raster process with a readAll function to hopefully mitigate this.
@jessicaguo Should make for an easy review and merge! :)
This partially closes #49 - we'll need to coordinate on deployment issues with @adefewings
