Land mask differences between variables #78

Double check we are using the same land mask for every dataset (I think we are). Otherwise, I am stumped as to why different datasets show different land/ocean divides.

@jessicaguo Yeah, so we're not using the same land-mask for every dataset - for the continuous sets, we're relying on NA values in the base data (I think). It's weird that there is variation among the continuous vars though.... I wonder if there is stochasticity in how the interpolation works? That's a head scratcher.

Still problems - see text from Sophie and attached images. Landmask not quite right yet. Some more details in the attached. Let me know how you’d like to proceed. Also landmask for velocities not right – possibly ditto the colourscaling issue you had with the amplitudes? BSS grey blobs are probably in my dataset so I can re-do those, but please see comments on landmask first.
