Adds some additional options in each of the leaflet code blocks to ensure that the polygons/polylines are defined as 'unclickable', which keeps the cursor as a hand across all layers.

Removed bslib components in ui for 'supporting entities' dropdown.

Closes #71 and #73

@keatonwilson Hmm Sophie et al. requested it be finger the whole time, not a hand. But I think that the hand is indicative of drag scrolling, so we should keep that. Is that a fair explanation? I'm drafting an email reply.

@jessicaguo I think I might be able to get it to be a finger the whole time, but arguably the indication of draggability is equally important as clickability? Let's keep it as is, note it in your email and see where it lands.
