This PR focuses on a) consolidating methods in land-mask data pre-processing so that NA values and model values are more consistent across data types, and b) adding animations to the app.
The solution for land-masks was making sure that all raster interpolation functions were set to 'first', and making all of the post-data-wrangling projections the same. Animations were added from Sophie's previous full batch, and one or two may need to be replaced, but it should be a simple change by just updating the file.
FYI, gifs for the animation are also tracked as LFS objects now.
