We have been formatting vignettes headings to start with either h1 (#) or h2 (##) inconsistently. This renders strangely as rmarkdown::html_vignette outputs as the headings share the same (large) size as the title. Let's follow the standard and unify them to start with h2 (##). Some discussions on why using h2 is a better option.
