Clue Numbering #125

The clue numbering is a bit off. Eg in the following screenshot clue numbers reach the hundreds, and many are missing (there is no clue num 2 for example). screenshot_20171228-173349 I will submit a PR fixing this soon.

I'm seeing the same issue with the most recent AVCX puzzle. Squares that are part of only one word are getting a phantom number. In the screenshot below, the highlighted clue should be 18A, not 19A: screenshot_20190109-085904

I'm seeing the same problem with British-style crosswords, with unchecked boxes, and just cloned the repository to see if I could fix it. But now I find that other people have found, and have fixed, the problem. It doesn't make much sense for me to fix it again.

Usually this isn't much of a problem, simply using up a bit more real estate for the clue numbers than is normal. But sometimes you have answers that are broken up in the grid. Where one clue says something like "(with 5dn) clue..." and the other says "see 9ac". And then you have to figure out where 5dn and 9ac really are, as opposed to the numbers that are displayed on the grid.
