Shortyz doesn't seem to recognize that the native keyboard takes up screen space. Portions of the crossword hidden behind the keyboard are only accessible by zooming out until they are visible.
Reproduction: Use the "Native" option under "Keyboard Style" and try to scroll in a crossword vertically.
Maybe related to the native keyboard being able to be minimized, unlike Shortyz's built-in keyboards.

No, I'm using Gboard, but it happens with the stock keyboard (TouchPal) as well.
