Changes:

Updated the part of components/extractors/other/telemetry-data - added the link to newly created telemetry dashboards Added telemetry part into management with telemetry dashboards description and print screens (activity center, organization usage and project consumption) This is part of Activity Center project and is needed so we can make this feature available publicly.
